I had booked 2 Rooms for 4 days(10th -14th August 2024).The rooms very nice and spacious. Thankyou Ms Corina Vogel (Asst. Front Office Manager ) for upgrading us in Delux Room and Early Check-In and making our stay a memorable one..Thank you for going out of your way to accommodate my requests. Your exceptional service is greatly appreciated.Your patience and willingness to assist at any time were remarkable. You are a gem of a person. God Bless!!!!! Breakfast served at La Cucina Restaurant was Excellent with a lot of variety. Restaurant and House-keeping staff were very nice and friendly. Will surely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when I visit Luzern in future. Great Hotel with a Lovely Team.👍 Sarwar Shaikh.

Everything is great about this hotel, I didn't give it a 10 just because of 1 member of its staff at the front desk. TERRIBLE PERSON. Yet, besides this nuisance, the hotel is a great experience. LAU the manager is simply great. A results driven man with spirit of service. Thanks LAU!

Central location. Very roomy room! Large glass floor to ceiling windows with efficient curtains that muted the view and/or darkened the room. Great bathroom! Simple nespresso set up for a quick cup in the morning. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and happy to store luggage to accommodate hours of transport.

Wonderful location. Close to Old Town, train station and tour pickup location. Front desk staff were very helpful and breakfast staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom was spacious. We stayed on the 1300 floor. We had a triple occupancy, so we got a corner room which is a little larger than the double occupancy rooms. We stayed Monday- Thursday and didn’t have any issues with noise. Overall we had an extremely pleasant stay.

Alexander was very kind and gave us an excellent room. It was a beautiful room. I liked how big it was as it made it so comfortable to manage our very large suitcases. It had a refrigerator and a coffee bar. The requested tea kettle was just the perfect setting.

Great location close to the main station and everything is easily accessible. Many restaurants and shops also all around. Rooms are fine (depending on the type of room you get - some are cramped, some are cozy). But the staff is very friendly and helpful. And overall it was a good stay.

I loved this hotel, staff was very helpful it’s very close to station and Main Street just few minutes walk. This hotel has the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to La Cucina, if you don’t visit the restaurant your stay is incomplete.

Close to train station and lovely rooms. Staff were excellent and breakfast was varied and delicious. Everything within walking distance which was great.
